My Home - Her Decorations
Becoming a bachelor, so many things changed in my life. One was the interior of my home! Decorations were no where to be found! Bare walls, not much of anything. I was ok with it though, as I did not think a bachelor needed all those pictures and plants and other type decorations sitting around.
When my girlfriend came to my home the first time, as she was looking around my house, the look on her face told me more than I wanted to know. I had tried to do "some" decorating, a plant or two here and there. A Primitive Basket thingy to put my mail and bills in. Isn't it funny how different a man and woman may look at decorations? Soon, my girlfriend became my BEST friend and my soulmate, and she started dropping hints here and there about the way my home was decorated.
Then it finally hit me, she wants to decorate my house : ) See it takes us guys a while to pick up on those things HA! I told her later that day that I had thought about it and I would love to have her input on decorating the house and making it look nice. It just so happened that Primitive Decorations was her Decor of choice. I told her to just have at it, do what you want! And so she did and I'll have to say, she did a fabulous job. She totally changed the look of OUR home. Yes now it's ours as she is with me for life!
